Building Maintenance Supervisor

Be part of a dynamic team!Under the supervision of the Building Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for planning, organizing, controlling and directing activities related to Building Maintenance, housekeeping, security and grounds maintenance of social housing and administrative buildings located in L'Orignal. The incumbent will also supervise the operations of the maintenance sector, control the frequency of various services provided as well as the budget for the required materials . The incumbent must also manage the efficient operation of the sector, coordinate and supervise staff members and provide emergency services, including after-hours emergency calls.
