Building Supervisor And Office Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the building maintenance team
- Coordinate and assign tasks to maintenance staff, ensuring efficient completion of work orders
- Conduct regular inspections of the building and equipment to identify maintenance needs
- Perform HVAC and electrical repairs as needed
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and maintenance activities
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for maintenance tasks
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on proper procedures and safety protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related issues and ensure smooth operations
- Maintain records and documentation related to maintenance activities

Requirements:
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of CMMS software for tracking work orders and maintenance activities
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
