4 years overall business experience is required, preferably with a focus in Transportation, E2E Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management, Information Technology or other related area required.
Proven success working in a complex, highly matrixed, global organization with rapidly changing priorities and tight timelines
Experience leading change management and/or testing activities for a business process change or system deployment

A client is seeking a Business Analyst that will join the NA Transportation Group. The Business Analyst will assist in project management and business process activities pertaining to the build of a transportation planning system. The BA will facilitate effective communication between operations and technical teams by translating business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of objectives, constraints, and desired outcomes. They will lead change management activities by developing comprehensive change management plans and deliverables, ensuring change management plans are executed facilitating a seamless integration of new technology and business process within the organization. This includes but is not limited to: developing an end user training plan, creating process documentation, executing training for end users, creating communication bulletins and powerpoint decks for leadership reviews, etc. They will lead the formulation and execution of robust test plans, coordinating testing activities across teams, and ensuring comprehensive coverage of system functionalities, performance benchmarks, and business requirements to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
TMS (Transportation Management System), XPS, JIRA, API solutions and/or related technology experience is preferred.
Past experience managing projects and system roll-outs
Knowledge of transportation industry and business processes
MBA or Masters Degree
