PURPOSE OF POSITION
As a member of the Finance Corporate Performance Reporting Team, you will provide project leadership and business expertise for the research, analysis, and development of best practices, strategies, systems and business solutions in support of FSRA programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying business/service issues and problems, analyzing business processes and data/workflows, and developing options for process design.
- Providing technical leadership to assigned project staff.
- Leading the implementation of new/revised best practices and business methods/tools, communications strategies and products.
- Developing training materials and providing training on implemented products and solutions.
- Identifying, coordinating and developing system modification requirements arising from changing user needs, business process redesign and new management reporting requirements.
Specialized Knowledge and Experience
- Proven knowledge of theory and practice of business process modeling, capability maturity modelling and quality systems to plan and undertake process re-engineering assignments and to research, test and implement approved associated tools, methods and standards.
- Demonstrated project management and leadership skills to manage and coordinate projects and project teams.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to lead the assessment of business analysis results and to determine key elements to drive process improvement.
- Proven oral and written communications to prepare and present a broad range of materials including business cases, marketing and communications plans, processes and procedures.
- Proven customer relationship management, consultation and collaboration skills to provide advice, guidance, assistance and education to clients; ensuring client support reflects individual client needs, resources and understanding of business analysis.
- Proven computer skills with MS Office software, SharePoint, FoxPro and newer BI tools.
