Our company is looking to hire a Sales/Business Developer to join our team and help expand our business into RTA Kitchen Cabinets wholesale markets. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to develop strong relationships with both current and potential clients as well as other businesses. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and capable of working independently while also engaging in team-based initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Provide management with strategic sales information.
- Work with a team of sales reps to meet or exceed quotas.
- Work with sales reps to forecast and manage projects.
- Troubleshoot opportunities to increase and improve sales.
- Designs new business models to increase revenue.
- Understand market trends and the competitive landscape.

Experience:
- Construction Industry Sales: 3 -5 years (required)
- RTA Kitchen or related industry: 2-3 years (required)

Salary: $80,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
