We are currently seeking a professional Business Development individual for the Winnipeg area for Business Development in the institutional and governmental commercial building construction space.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop new and maintain current institutional, governmental and commercial building construction clients
- Actively pursue business opportunities by identifying new clientele within your territory
- Cultivate industry contacts and develop networks to proactively identify opportunities for Business Development
- Keep on top of industry trends and market opportunities
- Work in collaboration with company stakeholders to ensure excellence in client experience
Qualifications include:
- Business development experience within the institutional and governmental commercial building industry
- Proven ability to perform the Business Development role up to and including closing sales
- Professional sales training and/or industry related post-secondary education
- Outgoing personality, strong organizational skills, and proven customer service skills
- Architectural and Building Tech Graduate or related post secondary education
