We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Wholesale Sales team. In order to support our continued growth, various positions and territories are available.
The Business Development Manager is responsible for creating and managing customer accounts in the assigned business region. The Business Development Manager maintains strong customer relationships by problem solving, providing knowledge and assistance by making regular contactswith our partners.
Responsibilities
- Visit new and existing customers at their place of business
- Provide quotes and consult with new and existing customers on their accessory needs.
- Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory
- Ensure consistent, ongoing communication with all departments
- Complete and submit weekly sales activity reports
- Attend and participate in trade shows
- Travel as required within designated region, as well as other areas of the country on occasion
Qualifications
- Minimum College Diploma (or equivalent), preferably in sales or automotive
- Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience, along with extensive knowledge of and passion for the automotive industry
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
