Company Overview: CORE Property Services is in search of a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Maintenance Subscription Program. Position Overview: As our Business Development Manager, you will hold a pivotal role in shaping and executing the sales strategy for our Maintenance Subscription Program. This position requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on sales expertise to successfully promote and sell our subscription services.
Responsibilities:
1. Offer Development and Refinement:
- Collaborate with product and service teams to build and refine subscription offerings.
- Tailor the subscription model based on customer needs and market trends.
2. Sales Asset Creation:
- Develop persuasive sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Create training materials and guides for maintenance teams.
3. Direct Sales and Client Acquisition:
- Actively engage in direct sales efforts, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
4.Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve subscription sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies as needed.
5.Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor sales team members.
- Set clear team goals and KPIs, and monitor team performance.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
- Regularly report on sales performance and market feedback.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management.
- Advanced understanding of subscription-based sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Maintenance/Renovation Industry knowledge.
- Strong technology skills are considered a valuable asset.
- Interested parties MUST currently live in the Greater Moncton Area.
