Form of workAGM is an international high-end renovations company that specializes in bathrooms, kitchens and basements. AGM is mainly sales and marketing so after a project is sold, the contract is given to a local AGM sub-contractor. AGM is a growing company and therefore requires a constant influx of new sub-contractors to take on the amount of work generated by the sales department. This is where the business development representative comes in.
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for the following:
- Sourcing potential leads- Contacting potential sub-contractors- Explaining the process of sub-contracting with AGM- Pre-qualifying and price-qualifying potential sub-contractors- Scheduling testing and site visits as part of the AGM screening process- Guiding pre-screened sub-contractors through the contract signing process
Requirements
- 1 year sales experience or similar preferred- Proficiency with computers and software systems- Ability to work autonomously- Excellent organizational skills- Excellent interpersonal skills- Ability to work remotely with access to a computer and phone
Renumeration
- $2500 per successfully hired sub-contractor- $1250 per successfully hired part time sub-contractor- 2.5% of the total amount of the first project referred to AGM by contractors successfully enrolled in the AGM referral program (contractors receive $1000 to enroll)
(Average pay $2500-$10000 per month)
