Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Intel / Quality Assurance Manager with a proven track record in client-facing roles, legislative compliance, policy creation, vendor and third-party management, and project management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Quality Assurance, particularly within a national collection agency or similar financial services environment. You will play a key role in driving our Quality Assurance processes, managing relationships with vendors and third parties, and ensuring our operations remain compliant with all governing bodies and licensing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements, working closely with governing bodies and managing licensing processes.
• Develop, implement, and update company policies, with extensive experience in ISO standards
• Manage relationships with vendors and third parties, including performing audits and ensuring alignment with company standards.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to enhance company operations and service offerings.
• Oversee the acquisition and renewal of insurances critical to company operations.
• Lead and manage projects, applying strong project management skills to achieve objectives efficiently and effectively.
