Business Systems Analyst - Cyber and Information Security

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our dynamic Cyber & Information Security team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business acumen and technical expertise along with strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members and key stakeholders. The BSA will support an Active Directory Consolidation initiative and will interact with stakeholders across business to gather business requirements and solutions to meet key project requirements.

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
•Proven experience (5 years) working as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
•Experience in Active Directory and/or enterprise data migrations projects a plus.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
•Experience with software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall) and issue tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
•Proactive, ability to work in a dynamic business environment.
•Relevant certifications (e.g. CBAP, MCPS) are desirable.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $96,500-$185,800.
