Job Overview:
We are hiring a Business Systems Analyst to join our team. Tri-Mach Group Inc. is committed to ensuring all of our existing and future applications are optimized to meet the needs of the employees and business. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform project requirements analysis, develop project plans, manage and monitor project performance
- Create process documentation and instructional videos
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Performing user acceptance testing
- Support end user tickets on new and existing business applications
- Work with application vendors for third party support
- Provide training for new and existing users on all our business applications
- Setup and configuration of business applications
- Manage licensing and permissions on all our business applications
- Responsible for Data Hygiene on all business applications
- Work as a team member with other IT staff to ensure connectivity and compatibility between systems
- In accordance with company policy/ESA; overtime, work outside of regular hours, and being on call may be required at the discretion of the company
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Excellent documentation skills
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A track record of following through on commitments
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects
- Experience with these software solutions an asset: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/CRM/NAV; Jet Reports; Shop Floor Insights; ExpandIT; Continia Expense Management/Document Capture
