Become a key player in our sales and customer growth strategy! 

As a Business strategy advisor, you will drive SVA customer engagements with our install base and prospects to support the Coveo Customer Success and Sales teams. You will be supporting SVA improvement initiatives to embed strategy and Business Value thinking / capabilities across the organization, and help us scale on our high-powered growth trajectory. 

We are looking for a strategic thinker with a strong understanding and interest in e-commerce, thriving in analyzing the business performance of clients and crafting strategic and tactical solutions aligned with their digital business objectives.

You enjoy working autonomously in a fast-paced and innovative environment, while collaborating in a team setting and acting as a steward for our AI-driven mission. 

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll be doing: 
  • Lead multiple customer engagements and facilitate discovery, data gathering, and client-oriented review sessions. 
  • Collaborate closely with potential and existing clients, alongside sales, customer success, and product leadership teams, to identify, prioritize, and quantify key business drivers and metrics. Assist clients in understanding how our solutions will help them achieve their strategic and financial objectives.
  • Develop and deliver compelling business case presentations and financial models to identify, accelerate, justify, and/or expand sales opportunities. Create tools and documents to simplify and streamline this process.
  • Produce articles, webinars, studies, etc., on strategic thinking about Business Value in the enterprise and provide training to sales, customer success, and other teams throughout and beyond the sales cycle.

 Our ideal candidate is eager to learn and excels in problem analysis. You have experience and are comfortable participating in executive-level conversations, crafting executive narratives, as well as analyzing data, modeling business cases, and developing tactical roadmaps.

 What we're looking for:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of B2C dynamics (B2B is a big plus), covering both brand manufacturers and retailers.Track record of delivering multiple customer-facing projects, presentations and assessments with varying degrees of scale and complexity and business priority.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, communication and analytics skills. Strong executive presence and comfortable collaborating with and presenting to executives, including handling objections confidently and gracefully. 
  • Proven success working within cross-functional teams; both technical and business staff, and senior level client stakeholders; ability to develop relationships and influence the thinking of senior stakeholders at the executive level.
What will make you stand out: 
  • A good grasp of the ecommerce technology and SaaS ecosystem (such as eCommerce platforms, AI-powered search engines).
  • Professional experience ideally in Management Consulting or other consultative, strategic and analytical customer-facing roles, SAAS, digital agency, ecommerce, market research.
  • Cross-industry experience in digital strategy and transformation (i.e. digital marketing, ecommerce, operations, collaboration, customer experience and/or innovation).
