The CSO team is responsible for ensuring that customers have the best possible experience anywhere Apple products are sold across our Channel Retail partners. At the center of Apple’s in-store customer journey is interaction with our products. Apple Canada is looking for an experienced program manager with passions for both technology and customer experience, who will be responsible for leading the adoption and expansion of a suite of systems, products and tools that enable world-class in-store experiences in thousands of channel partners across Canada. Successful candidates are able to drive impact through effective collaboration, deep analysis of data, effective storytelling, strong project management, creative problem solving and flawless execution of project deliverables. They will bring thought-leadership and a strategic mindset as it relates to the digitalization of the in-store journey. This position is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

  • 5+ years of proven experience across program management, project planning and/or product management in a cross functional environment

  • be comfortable using macOS, iOS and Apple hardware

- be the internal cross-functional subject matter expert on Apple’s channel in-store and interactive technologies in Canada. - provide regular updates, roadblocks and risk mitigation plans to stakeholders and senior leadership to drive support and engagement around Digital Programs; - develop and foster relationships with all partner technical and enablement teams; - work internally with cross-functional teams to escalate and drive adoption and expansion; - work closely with the worldwide channel interactive technology group to inform and develop - localized Canadian on-device content for channel partners; - work with partners to develop strategies and processes for ensuring programmatic health and compliance; - manage training and enablement resources and documentation to support program development; - role model and advocate for the company’s values and principles; perform other duties as assigned; - occasionally travel locally/domestically (5%) and internationally (
