A Bus Person’s accountabilities include:

• Meticulous care in ensuring the restaurant is clean, tidy and organized, including careful attention to table alignment
• Act as a liaison to the dishwashing team to ensure supply levels are maintained throughout the shift
• Act as a liaison to the host team to ensure tables are set up for guest needs and are ready in time for reservations
• Clearing and setting of tables to meet the highest standards of organization and cleanliness
• Setup, takedown and continued cleanliness of the Busser station
• Conducts themselves in a friendly and professional manner at all times
