SalaryJob Duties:
· Initiate relative conversation with walk-in or phone/email in customers
· Inform customers of what options and availabilities are when choosing DEMXX cabinets (in person, over the phone, via email)
· Review house plans and advise customer of specifications for drawing floor plans to provide quotes
- Effectively gather as much information as possible to provide full and complete quotes.
· Transform customer provided information into a DEMXX cabinet design (Kitchen, Bathroom, Laundry room etc)
- Draw floor plan with detailed information such as individual cabinets and accessories.
- Take floor plan and turn into formal quote through P.O.S system.
· Offer selection of countertops, cabinet hardware and finishes.
· Enter/update customer details in the P.O.S system, generate quotes and revise as necessary
· Help with receiving cabinet shipments
· Process customer pickups (loading cabinets, updating paperwork, updating P.O.S system)
· Update department spreadsheets to insure proper tracking.
· Help with displaying/updating/cleaning/organizing cabinets showroom
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (email and text) with customers and coworkers

- Dress and perform job duties in a professional manner
- Good organizational and time management skills for a fast-paced environment
- Problem solving skills
- Attention to detail a must
- Ability to lift heavy objects, if required
- Mid-level computer skills
- Ability to work weekends
- Friendly/personable
- Ability to stay on task and work efficiently with little to no supervision.
- Interest/experience in building and/or renovations a plus
