Limber pine café is looking to fill Full time and part time mature seasonal position in the Limber Pine Café at Livingstone Golf Course. We are located in the beautiful Rocky Mountain Foothills, Sibbald Creek Trail about 20 km west of Calgary city limits on the trans-Canada Highway. With mountain views and surrounded with all the beauty the foothills has to offer, Season is May 1 to mid-October. Reporting to the Chef and General Manager, the ideal candidates will be excellent communicators and team players, possess basic computer skills and knowledge, shows great leadership and customer services skills, and have an excellent personality and attitude. We focus on building and maintaining long lasting relationships with our staff and guests and encourage you to come and be a part of our Limber Pine team. Some of the responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to opening and closing the café, processing all guest orders, handling guest inquiries and have basic cooking skills. All staff will be trained up front with customers and in the kitchen learning new recipes and cooking skills. Must be 18 plus.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Opens and closes the Limber Pine Cafe while adhering to the opening/closing checklist to ensure that all tasks are completed.

2. Routinely inspects all guest areas (restrooms, lobby, patio, etc.) to ensure that each area is clean and organized.

3. Provides support to the golf shop team when needed.

4. Performs other duties as assigned.

5. Assist with member and corporate tournament set-up

Qualifications:

1. Excellent guest service skills.

2. Some knowledge of cooking is preferred.

3. Ability to keep accurate records.

4. Ability to work well, and communicate effectively, within a team environment.

5. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and a variety of shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: From $16.25 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
