Responabilités :

• Le candidat ( e ) choisi (e ) travaillera avec un texte d’appel dans le but d’offrir un service excellent de sorte que les appels entrants se transformeront en prises de rendez-vous de service d’électricité résidentielle.
• D’occuper l’horaire des disponibilités des électriciens
• Traiter les factures des points de vente
• Effectuer le suivi des demandes des clients.
• Gérer et mettre à jour les données des clients
• Maintenir la communication avec le répartiteur et votre chef de service.

Requises:

• Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans un service à la clientèle
• Expérience antérieure en gestion d’horaires
• Solides compétences en communication (bilingue français et anglais – écrit et parlé)
• À l’aise en informatique
• Aptitude à résoudre des problèmes et polyvalente
• Esprit d’équipe

Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Dispatch

Monday to FridayVille Lasalle – 10am to 6pm

We seek a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, passionate and motivated to be the company’s primary point of contact for current and future customers.

Main Responsibility

• The successful hire will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
• Work with schedules and availability of electrician to dispatch
• Process point of sale invoices
• Maintain and update the customer database
• A call script shall be provided in order to assist the successful hire when servicing customers.

Required:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service;
• Experience with operating schedules;
• Strong communication skills – Both in French & English – written and spoken
• Proficient with Microsoft Office – comfortable to learn in house basic software
• Ability to problem solve and multi-task
• Team oriented

Salary: $24.00 per hour
