We are looking for a hands on, effective individual to join our team as a Call Centre Sales Representative.
The Call Centre Representative is the first point of contact for customers through online leads. They identify and qualify customers’ needs and take a credit application over the phone. The Call Centre Representative has a strong ability to communicate with customers over the phone and establish control through the sales process. The Call Centre Sales Representative reports directly into the Business Development Manager.
Job Duties:
- Contact lead inquires and get credit applications
- Pre-qualify clients to prepare them for the sales floor
- Persistent in keeping up with non-contact sales pipeline.
- Provide credit applications to the sales floor
- Build rapport and trust with clients
- Prepare credit applications with in depth information
- Get customers feedback and online reviews.
- Other duties as required.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.49-$20.24 per hour

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
