Job Overview:
As a Call Center Representative / Data Entry specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, ensuring prompt and accurate assistance while maintaining meticulous records of customer interactions and service requests.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurately enter customer information, service requests, and other relevant data into the company's database or CRM system.
- Update customer accounts with service changes, billing adjustments, and account notes as necessary.
- Provide information on new products, promotions, and service packages to encourage customer retention and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or the equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willingness to learn and to take on new challenges.
- Comfortable in a computer-based environment with the ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications.

Salary: $23.40-$26.90 per hour
