Call Center Representative / Data Entry

Job Overview:

As a Call Center Representative / Data Entry specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, ensuring prompt and accurate assistance while maintaining meticulous records of customer interactions and service requests.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Accurately enter customer information, service requests, and other relevant data into the company's database or CRM system.
• Update customer accounts with service changes, billing adjustments, and account notes as necessary.
• Provide information on new products, promotions, and service packages to encourage customer retention and loyalty.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or the equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn and to take on new challenges.
• Comfortable in a computer-based environment with the ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $23.40-$26.90 per hour
