Job Description:

As a Full-Time Call Centre Operator at M0TH Tech Inc., you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with professional and efficient assistance. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience and resolving inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from customers and provide timely and accurate information.

Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product/service information.

Document customer interactions and inquiries accurately in our CRM system.

Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Collaborate with team members to ensure customer needs are met.

Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a customer service or Call Centre role is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills.

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
