Campground Attendant

Job Title: Campground & Store Attendant

Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
- Monitor guest activities to ensure safety and compliance with rules
- Assist with food service and ensure proper food handling procedures
- Create camping reservations with CampLife software via telephone or email

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of guest services principles and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Please note that this position may require standing for extended periods of time and lifting up to 25 pounds.
