Position Summary
The Campus Manager oversees all aspects of theLake ofthe Woods & Red Lake campuses, including maintenance, capital requests, staffing, recruitment, and student services. The Campus Manager is responsible for the delivery of post-secondary education serving students from diverse backgrounds.
As the face of the College in the community, the Campus Manager plays an important role in furthering the College’s reputation, vision, mission, values, strategic plan, as well as building relationships with Indigenous communities and their leadership, community partners and organizations. The Campus Manager is responsible for the recruitment of students to the Lake ofthe Woods & Red Lake Campuses, by working with both internal and external partners.
The incumbent creates dynamic learning and working environments for students, faculty and staff. They provide academic and administrative leadership as they direct, manage, monitor and maintain control of all aspects of campus operations. This includes hiring, developing, supervising and directing the work of staff and faculty.

Additional Requirements
Demonstrated experience working with Indigenous Communities and Organizations. Solid appreciation and understanding of Indigenous history and cultures to establish and strengthen partnerships and relationships;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including problem solving, negotiation, conflict resolution, team and collaboration building;
Leadership training;
Strong project management skills to facilitate program, facilities, and other special project initiatives;
Ability to make effective presentations and reports;
Field(s) of Study
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Education or Indigenous Studies
Experience

Minimum of three (3) years
Type of Experience
Minimum of 3 years in leadership and management experience, ideally in a post-secondary institution.
Ability to establish and foster partnerships and alliances with Indigenous communities and organizations, business, industry, labour, government, education, and community;
Demonstrated leadership skills including, but not limited to, effective human resource, facilities and financial management, decision-making, team building, and conflict resolution skills;
Teaching experience at a post-secondary level and experience in adult education;
