The Position

We seek reliable Delivery Drivers concerned with always upkeeping immaculate customer satisfaction. These drivers will aim to transport cannabis and accessories from our downtown Kelowna location to the requested places of valued clients. The Delivery Drivers will pick up and drop off items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. Drivers will contribute to the delivery team by ensuring that orders are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to the correct client. To succeed in this position, drivers should be polite, prompt, and committed to providing our clients with the best experience possible.

Delivery Drivers are responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of the retail location in accordance with the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch (LCRB), Employment Standards, Human Rights Legislation, and Kēlo Standard Operating Procedures.

Successful candidates will assist Kēlo in the following ways:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Be a positive representative of the Brand
• Deliver cannabis orders in a timely manner
• Grow sales and profitability for the company
• Improve team performance and dynamics
• Stay commited to scheduled shifts and start times

Qualifications

· Own and Insure a reliable vehicle

· The vehicle has snow tires

· Minimum 19 years of age, Selling It Right Certificate

· Full Drivers License

· Highly engaging interpersonal skills

· Reliable time management

· Ability to work well independently and with others

· Self-driven and goal-oriented

· High level of ethics, values, and integrity

· Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

· Passion for the legal cannabis industries

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
