MIK Marketing is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our Social Media strategy across various platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, has excellent communication skills, and possesses a strong understanding of Social Media trends and platforms.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Social Media strategy aligned with clients goals and target audience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging Social Media platforms to ensure the company's online presence remains innovative.
Content Creation and Writing:
- Create engaging and compelling content for various Social Media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Produce written content such as blog posts, captions, and newsletters to support marketing initiatives.
Social Media Scheduling:
- Plan and schedule content across Social Media platforms using scheduling tools to ensure a consistent and timely presence.
- Monitor and adjust posting schedules based on platform analytics and engagement data.
Email Marketing:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective email marketing campaigns.
- Manage and maintain the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely delivery of newsletters and promotional content.
Community Engagement:
- Foster and nurture relationships with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions on Social Media platforms.
- Encourage user-generated content and engage with followers to build a positive brand image.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor Social Media analytics to measure the success of campaigns and strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on Social Media performance, identifying key trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
- Solid understanding of Social Media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in content creation tools and software.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative mindset and a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
