Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and implementing our Social Media strategy across various platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand's online presence.
Duties
- Develop and implement Social Media content calendars to drive engagement and increase brand awareness
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written and audio) on Social Media platforms
- Monitor Social Media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to engage with our audience
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that align with our brand messaging
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Analyze Social Media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Social Media trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
- Solid understanding of Social Media platforms and their respective audiences
- Proficient in e-commerce platforms and strategies
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator or other graphic design software is a plus
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools such as Google Analytics
- Strong research skills to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
