Frankie Collective is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team.

As our Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and executing our Social Media strategy, creating engaging content, and interacting with our online community. If you have a passion for Social Media, digital marketing, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement

- Create and curate high-quality content for various Social Media platforms, including

• Facebook
• Instagram
• X (Twitter)
• TikTok
• Twitch
• Discord
• Pinterest
• Youtube

- Monitor Social Media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback

- Engage with followers and respond to comments in a timely manner

- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and execute digital advertising campaigns

- Utilize analytics tools to track Social Media performance and generate reports

- Stay up-to-date with current Social Media best practices and industry trends

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role

- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design purposes

- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other Social Media analytics tools

- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Attention to detail and ability to proofread content for errors

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple Social Media accounts simultaneously

- Knowledge of Hootsuite or similar Social Media management tools is a plus

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
