- engage with project partners, researchers and all stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of the needs of working Canadians in career transition;
- identify key sectors and employers and participate in discovery conversations about pathways and laddering for existing employees;
- collaborate with partners to share promising findings to inform concept generation.
- market, recruit and identify participants to contribute to the co-design of the model;
- generate employer-led career guidance opportunities for working Canadians;
- understand, apply and reference career theories;
- identify suitable action planning activities and documentation for working Canadians;
- locate gaps in career development and make recommendations for upskilling opportunities;
- participate in implementing the new career services prototype in BC;
- test the theory with up to 30 working Canadian participants.
