Caregiver/ Live-in Caregiver

Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home care to senior lady
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming as needed
- Prepare light meals and ensure proper nutrition for client
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior
- Provide companionship and emotional support to client
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of senior care is a plus
- Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with client
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes - drivers license preferrable
- Ability to pass a background check

Skills:
- Caregiving: Experience providing care and support to individuals in need
- Meal preparation: Ability to plan and prepare simple meals for client
- Administer Dr prescribed medications
- Senior care: Understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by elderly individuals
- Assist clients with walker or wheelchair if needed
- Patient care: Ability to provide compassionate and attentive care to clients' needs
- Home care: Experience providing in-home care services

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Salary: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Every Weekend
• Monday to Friday
