Legendary team has been manufacturing custom timber post & beam homes in Ontario for over two decades. Our unique approach combines traditional building methods with a prefabricated panelized building system and post and beam construction to create custom-built prefabricated homes.

Our mission is to maximize the use of all resources to the highest possible yield and efficiency when designing, engineering, and manufacturing prefabricated custom home packages. This results in delivering the most predictable and efficient building solution to our customers.

We are currently seeking an experienced carpenter with framing and siding experience to join our team. We are looking for a reliable team player who is career-oriented and seeking long-term employment. Said person will be an essential part of the production and installation teams, ensuring we deliver a quality product to our clients every time.

This is a full-time, year-round position based in Collingwood, ON.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Measure and cut materials with accuracy to ensure a precise fit.
• Construct and install wall panels and roof panels indoors as per specifications.
• Install windows, siding, and trim in an indoor factory setting.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.

Requirements:

• At least 5 Years of framing experience.
• High School Diploma.
• Post-secondary education (college or university diploma or degree) is a benefit.
• Strong Math skills with the ability to do simple calculations in your head.
• Previous Manufacturing experience is considerated an asset.
• Knowledge and use of all power tools and pneumatic tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and architectural details.
• Quality-focused and able to work well in teams.
• Thrives in a dynamic and initiative-taking work environment.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and deadlines
• Personal vehicle and a good driving record are required.

• Working At Heights Training
• Forklift and Telehandler Experience
