Cashier/Cook

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a cook. As a cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing exceptional food service to our customers. Duties:
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and portion sizes
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in accordance with food safety guidelines
- Assist with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, or assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service
- Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Contract length: 5 months

Salary: $15.25-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 50 per week
