We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team on our bbq team on our food truck as a cook/cashier. As a cook/cashier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing exceptional food service to our customers. We run full time as well as catering, special events and festivals. If you have experience in the food industry and are passionate about delivering high-quality meals, we want to hear from you.
```Duties```
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and portion sizes
- Ensure food is prepared and presented in accordance with food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests

- Strong knowledge of food handling and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
