Salary``` Duties: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner - Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations on food and beverage options - Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner - Ensure accuracy of orders and address any concerns or special requests - Upsell additional menu items or promotions to enhance the guest experience - Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining areas - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders - Process payments and provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience Requirements: - Previous experience in a restaurant or food service role is preferred - Strong knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety protocols - Excellent guest service skills with the ability to anticipate needs and exceed expectations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Effective communication skills to interact with guests, colleagues, and kitchen staff - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on guest needs and restaurant demands - Time management skills to ensure efficient service without compromising quality - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant schedule Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
