SalaryThe RDKB is currently seeking applications for a casual Cashier/Receptionist to join the team at the Grand Forks Aquatic Centre. This is an entry level position that provides reception, clerical and cashier duties at the Aquatic Centre front desk.
The successful candidate will be responsible for helping the public, both in person and over the phone. The Cashier/Receptionist will assist community members to access our services by taking payment, registering for programs or referring to the appropriate team member.
Casual Cashier/Receptionist shifts typically occur during evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will likely work 1-2 shifts per week, however, casual employees may work 0-40 hours per week, as required.
To be considered for this opportunity candidates must possess the following:
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Office administration certification considered an asset
- Previous work experience in a reception, recreation or aquatics setting
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new programs
- Satisfactory criminal record check

Compensation: $24.14/hour (2024) plus 10% in lieu of benefits
