Working on a construction crew travelling to various construction sites across Ontario. This position reports to our main office location in Harley, ON on a daily basis. (located between Brantford, ON and Woodstock, ON). Or our shop in Fergus depending on the location you are applying for.
This position is NOT seasonal.
THE DAY TO DAY
- Patch, paint and caulk large commercial projects off of manlifts and swing stage equipment
- Fire caulking of commercial projects
- Paint prep and protection
- Misc concrete patching
- Caulking precast panel joints
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Knowledge to read layout drawings/erection drawings
- Ability to think “outside the box” and be willing to try new methods
- Self-motivation and be highly organized
- Ability to collaborate and build productive relationships with co-workers
- Experience in a leadership role an asset
- Enjoy working outdoors in a fast paced environment, all weather conditions
- Own transportation to main office location
