CCTV Monitoring Specialist

Overnight CCTV Monitoring:
In Office Role located in Downtown Vancouver
Rotating Schedule
Start time of 9:00PM (PST) to 5:00 AM (PST) - 8 Hours shifts.
Weekend Schedule: 1 Weekend on, 1 Weekend Off, 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday Per Month.

The Remote Monitoring Specialist will provide Overnight support to a Large National Corporation’s Asset Protection Team with Monitoring multiple locations via CCTV, reviewing motion alarms, and reviewing and archiving reported incidents.

You will be working out of the office located near Burrard St and Pacific St

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment, strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize several assignments simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

Main Responsibilities:

• Motion Alarm/ CCTV Monitoring for multiple locations simultaneously, reporting incidents or suspicious behavior and contacting the authorities when necessary via the Zoom Phone.
• Liaisons between contractors, company executives and various individuals both internally and externally, at all levels of the organization.
• Manages and directs all incoming inquiries appropriately and professionally and where required.
• Reviewing Archived footage and completing incident reviews.
• Provides administrative support to the Asset Protection Partners through independent formatting, preparing, and handling of correspondence, documents, emails, presentations, and/or monthly reports, while maintaining high level of confidentiality.
• Other administrative duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• Proficient with CCTV monitoring/review experience.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written and listening in English).
• Highly Proficient in MS Office. (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information with diplomacy.
• Self-motivated, independent thinker who can work independently and in a Team.
• Able to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexible and adaptive in response to rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• CCTV Surveillance: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Vancouver, BC (required)
