We are seeking a Certified Dental Assistant to join our team at Mill Bay Dental Health & Implant Centre in Mill Bay, BC.
There will be a signing bonus of $3,000 offered - paid in three installments. *More details to be provided to the successful candidate.*
Key Responsibilities
· Perform clinical chairside assisting duties during dental procedures.
· Provide oral health treatment and education to patients.
· Clean and prepare treatment rooms following proper protocols.
· Assist in the maintenance of dental charts, records and databases.
· Establish strong patient relationships in a professional manner.
· Support other front office team with tasks, as required.
Position Requirements
· Certified as a Dental Assistant (CDA).
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Demonstrated experience working independently within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
· Proficient computer skills including practice management software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) would be considered an asset.
