About us
West Shore Orthodontics, locally owned and operated by Dr. Evan Ayers, is looking for a new lead orthodontic CDA to replace one of our staff members who is unfortunately relocating out of Canada later this spring.
About our office:
West Shore Orthodontics opened in January 2019 and offers a professional and collaborative working environment. Our mission is to provide our patients with the highest quality orthodontic experience possible.
Our work environment includes:
- A modern all digital office setting
- On-the-job training
- Comfortable work environment with reasonable work loads
We offer a friendly and cohesive team with a state of the art working environment in a fast growing region. The office is easy to get to from anywhere in the Greater Victoria region (under 20 minutes from downtown Victoria and many staff commute in against traffic).
This is ideally a full time position (4 to 4.5 days per week), although 3 days-per week could be considered for the right candidate.
Wages and benefits will commensurate with experience, and the right candidate will be offered a highly competitive wage and benefit package that will most likely exceed your current income. Additionally, a relocation package could be available for the right person.
Please note, that while this position is only suitable for an orthodontic CDA with at least 1 year of dedicated experience in an orthodontic office, we would be happy to discuss other employment opportunities with any licensed CDA who is interested in the idea of working at an orthodontic speciality practice. Being an orthodontic CDA is an exciting, challenging, and satisfying career path for the vast majority of those who pursue it, and is a career that is quite unique from working in general practice with much greater independence.
Please send your confidential CV and cover directly letter to Dr. Ayers to discuss this position further. Thank you for your interest.
