A DAY IN THE LIFE…
As Logistics Chargeback Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing our customers' chargeback requests, service fines, monitoring the backlog, and anticipating future billing issues. You will also be responsible for validating customer requests for inventory discrepancies.
In particular, you will be responsible for :
- Fines analysis: Review service fines in detail, focusing on non-compliance and significant amounts, and manage the effectiveness of fines management.
- Amount recovery: Identify opportunities to recover unjustified or incorrect service fines.
- Claims management: Work closely with the credit team and other stakeholders to understand the financial impact of fines and resolve issues effectively.
- Set up files and analyses: Create and manage files and analyses to help track service fines and customer complaints.
- Challenging customers : Be able to challenge customer complaints and work proactively to resolve issues.
- Communication and collaboration: This is a very cross-functional role. You will be expected to actively collaborate and communicate seamlessly with Customer Service, Physical Distribution, Credit, Inventory as well as Collaboration, Forecasting, and Replenishment teams.
The Logistics Chargeback Coordinator will be expected to demonstrate accuracy, clarity and insight in the management of service fines and claims. You will play an essential role in preserving the company's margins and optimizing relations with our customers.
WHO YOU ARE

- Analytical skills to review and interpret numerical information.
- Have a basic understanding of logistics, goods flow and inventory processes.

- Ability to collaborate and communicate with many different teams.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Bachelor's degree, DEC or other studies in operations and logistics management or a related field; an asset.
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
