I'm supporting one of our clients in the food sector, located downtown, in their search for a Senior Logistics Analyst - SAP.

The incumbent will have the following responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the Canadian subsidiary's Master Data, ensuring their integrity, quality and consistency: Products, Prices (Interco & customer sales), Customers, Industrial subcontractor contracts, Transport, Co/Repacking, Buy-back flows, Distribution network deployment flows, Bills of material and production ranges.
- Ensure the collection of information required for the creation of Master Data, coordinating data contributors to ensure the proper execution of Master Data flows
- Coordinate the process of updating Master Data as part of projects
- Ensure flow mapping, establish flow integration & development scenarios, run simulations and tests in SAP to ensure the proper execution of Master Data flows in the event of changes
- Lead analyses on Master Data database and its evolution
- Ensure proper communication of Master Data changes to internal customers and external partners
- Manage Master Data activity priorities
- Manage implementation and continuous improvement projects for information solutions and information systems, and provide support in the deployment of new tools
- Direct management of a Master Data Specialist
- Occasional travel to our South Shore plant
- Lead the implementation of KPIs and coordinate Master Data
governance to ensure the completeness and quality of Master Data.
- Establish, maintain and monitor updating procedures, creation and deletion of Master Data
- Collaborate with the Master Data community at Group level
community to share experiences and identify and implement
improvement opportunities for Canada

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, or a related field such as business administration, or computer science
- 5 to 10 years' professional experience in Master Data Management - Solid command of SAP
- Strong experience in using Excel, databases and data mining tools
- Strong skills in data visualization and presentation data
- Rigorous, methodical, organized, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to synthesize
- Ability to work independently, manage complex projects and
collaborate effectively with international teams.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience of working with cross-functional responsibility and a taste for teamwork
- Bilingual in French and English


PROCESS: Initial interview with Gabriel Lemoine, Fed Supply Recruitment Consultant - followed by an interview with the company's Human Resources Manager and Position Manager.
