SalaryTo assist and support operations with the packaging of our cheese and ensuring that we are meeting productivity and production standards, food safety, GMP, sanitation, customer quality, and worker safety requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and supervision to staff by providing work direction, performance feedback
Perform tasks as required: cutting, shredding, weighing and bagging cheese.
Ensure all GMP and SOP’s, food safety and workplace safety requirements are adhered to at all times and all products meet specifications.
Complete paperwork as assigned, accurately and legibly.
Assist with and perform sanitation/clean up duties as assigned.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Have a mechanical aptitude to operate packaging machinery and troubleshooting capabilities.
Physical Requirements:
1) Must be able to bend, stretch, reach, grab, push, pull, hold and carry.
2) Must be able to perform repetitive motion work.
3) Lift up to 40lbs.
4) Standing, walking, and climbing for 8+ hours a day.
5) Must be able to handle hot and cold environments.
Not on bus route- must have own transportation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
