Reporting to the Board of Directors the successful candidate will perform the following key responsibilities:
· Work collaboratively with the Board of Directors to develop the organizational Strategic Plan and the annual operations budget
· Foster innovation in the provision of high standards of community health care by engaging and unifying community partners in the actualization of this mission
· Plan and direct the ongoing development, implementation and maintenance of effective, efficient and high-quality organizational services
· Promote a culture that reflects ICAN’s organizational values and encourages good performance
· Oversee the operations of ICAN and manage its compliance with the organizational system including bylaws, standards, policies and legal regulatory requirements
· Assure that ICAN and its mission, programs and services are consistently presented in a strong, positive image to its relevant stakeholders
The successful candidate will possess:
- Post-secondary degree in Management/Administration or in a health related field at the baccalaureate level is required as a minimum
- Three to five years’ experience in a senior management/executive level position
- Knowledge of the health sector and previous work experience with Ontario Health would be a definite preference
- Experience working with a Board of Directors
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a management team
· Excellent organizational skills, time management skills and communications skills, both oral and written, and knowledge of all relevant legislation
· The ability to function in both official languages is an asset
This is a full time position, working mainly days but must maintain a flexible schedule to work the occasional evening, weekend or holiday. ICAN offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Salary: $111,171.00-$128,607.00 per year
