Chief Financial Officer

Dekker Oilfield Services Ltd. has an opening for a self-motivated, responsible, and well-organized professional for a permanent CFO position with a salary commensurate with experience. *Job located in Lloydminster!*

Primary Accountability:

Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will be critical in developing and implementing the company’s financial strategy. As a senior leadership team member, the CFO will advise the managers, assisting them with their financial plans. They will have broad responsibilities covering the accounting function, including but not limited to financial analysis and reporting and ad hoc projects.

Responsibility:

• Leadership of the finance team.
• Internal and external financial reporting.
• Stewardship of assets.
• Ownership of cash management.
• Identify and report on key metrics and financial progress to the senior management team regularly.
• Strategic planning.
• Acting as the catalyst for business management and growth.
• Risk management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Professional accounting designation.
• CFO experience.
• Understanding of oil transportation industry regulatory requirements.

Software Proficiencies:

• QuickBooks Desktop.
• Microsoft programs, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Adobe Acrobat.
• TelPay for business payments.
• Enverus (formally Cortex) Open Invoice.
