- Previous experience in a healthcare or chiropractic setting is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of insurance billing and coding is a plus
