Chiropractic Office Assistant

Whitemud Crossing Chiropractors is looking for a part-time chiropractic assistant to add to our growing and fast-paced chiropractic clinic.

The right fit for our team must be friendly, energetic, health-minded and willing to go the extra mile to make all patients feel like family! We care for many kinds of people at WCC, and is necessary you are comfortable around babies, kids, seniors and everyone in between.

Responsibilities of Chiropractic Assistants

• Greet all patients in a happy, energetic nature
• Managing efficient flow of the clinic
• Answering phones and emails
• Handling daily admin duties and light office cleaning
• Scheduling appointments/filing
• Collecting payments
• Create a friendly and supportive environment

Required Skills:(no previous experience is needed!)

• Excellent customer service skills
• Detail oriented, organized and hardworking
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and keep a calm composure, self-motivated- Kind, personable, able to work as a team
• Flexibility to change shifts and able to cover vacations as needed
• Willingness to learn!

Whitemud Crossing Chiropractors is a well-established family wellness Chiropractic Office that has been proudly serving the community for 25 years. We currently have a large team of 6 working chiropractors, and will provide all the training you will need to successfully step into the role of chiropractic assistant.

Salary: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
