```Responsibilities:```
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, faxing, and mailing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Answer incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate staff members
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for patients
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a relevant administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Experience in front desk customer service is preferred
- Ability to operate computerized office equipment such as printers and scanners
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus
