Starting Pay: $50k / year
We are looking for an Operations Assistant who enjoys variety in day-to-day tasks and is excited to play a vital part in supporting our business. This role works closely with the teams in Operations, Office Administration and Human Resources.
Every day with us is a little bit different, but you can anticipate the following duties:
Calgary Office (80%):
- General office administration including tracking systems such as daily timesheets, team performance tracking and payroll preparation
- Assisting with customer service including booking jobs and responding to complaints
- Covering dispatch - troubleshooting & problem solving daily operations with the team
- Assist Operations with a wide variety of administrative functions
Edmonton Office Support (20%):(remote from Calgary office)
- Assist with dispatch support for staff in the Edmonton office
- Assist with office administration including the review of timesheets and payroll documentation
About you:
- A high level of attention to detail
- A self-starter who is comfortable in an environment with a lot of moving parts
- Proactive and can problem solve independently
- Excellent verbal and written skills, very strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Enthusiastic about teamwork meaning a strong willingness to pick up various pieces as required, to make the team run smoother
- Some experience in daily operations
