JOB SUMMARY:
This position plays a supportive role in a variety of areas. The Operations Assistant may perform any or all of the scheduling and coordinating duties for the Energera, Frac Shack & Sandtinel Operations Team for various geographical areas of North America. This position will work closely with various other departments administrative persons and align and ensure responsiveness to general needs for the business.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
- Work with operations, fleet and sales to plan for upcoming jobs.
- Create quotes and rental agreements.
- Develop, maintain and modify the schedule to optimize the efficiency of operators and ensure client requirements are met.
- Coordinating equipment allocation with the Fleet Coordinator and the Operations Manager
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations for employees.
- Uploading all completed documentation to sharepoint and the scheduling software as needed.
- Provide input and support into company software systems and Salesforce.
- Reviewing Timesheets and comparing against schedule
- Reviewing field invoices for accuracy (work order vs. call sheet)
- Generating purchase orders
- Preparing Operational Packages for field personnel/projects
- Submission of Daily Work Orders
- Compliance with quality and safety management requirements
- Other duties as required
- On-call availability (evening and weekends)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years experience in oil field services or field operations
- Exceptional internal and external customer service
- Strong computer skills with the ability to use Microsoft office applications
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Always approachable and professional in approach
- Able to keep several projects moving forward at once; nothing slips through the cracks
