Responsibilities:

-Under direct supervision, responsible for spooling the cable as it is pulled from the field site hole.
-Works closely with the Service Operators and Service Supervisors in the installation of the cable into the field site hole.
-Load, perform pre-trip inspection, transport cable spool from the shop to the field site location and rig up.
-Responsible for unloading cable at the shop and reloading for next trip.
-Prepare paperwork to include DOT requirements, IFTA reports, billable and non- billable hours and mileage.
-Complete training on safety, cable shop procedures and learn about installations from field trips.
-Handle pulls of cable on to the spool at the field site location.
-Develops a basic understanding of energy industry activities and Artificial Lift products and services at the shop and well site.
-Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations.
-This is an entry level position where the employee is expected to learn all relevant company HSE policies and procedures and to demonstrate their application into his/her duties.
Requirements:

-Must have High school diploma or equivalent education.
-Possession of a Class A CDL license is required.
-The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division is required.
-Basic reading comprehension and writing skills are required. Basic computer skills are preferred.
-Able to lift up to 60lbs
-Able to pass background, physical and drug screen.
-Able to understand and carry out routine oral and written instructions.
-Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
-Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule, long workdays, and/or irregular work hours, be on-call with short notice and exposed to extreme weather conditions.
-Maintains effecting working relationship with other employees.
