We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the operations team
- Maintain records of all business activities including but not limited to equipment records and usage/service/fuel, production, inventory, pictures, quality control, samples etc.
- Support with shipment paperwork, both domestic and international
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
